FedEx Triumphs as Overall Winner at the HR Excellence Awards 2024

Federal Express Corporation, one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, was recognized with seven awards at the prestigious HR Excellence Awards 2024 Philippines. The company won Gold in Excellence in Change Management, HR Innovation, HR Technology, and Hybrid Work. Additionally, FedEx earned Silver for Excellence in Communication Strategy and Digital Transformation, and Bronze for Best HR Team in a Multinational Company.

FedEx stood out among numerous contenders across various industries due to its exceptional employee engagement strategies and innovative HR practices. The company has set a benchmark in nurturing a work environment that fosters inclusivity, teamwork, and professional growth.

Organized by Asia’s leading HR platform, Human Resources Online, the prestigious HR Excellence Awards honors HR teams and individuals across Asia that excel in implementing innovative HR strategies, driving positive change, and enhancing employee engagement and well-being, making it a benchmark for excellence in the HR field. This awards program is the region’s only HR recognition that is fully peer-reviewed by a distinguished jury of HR experts and thought leaders.
