One remarkable catalyst for responsible tourism, The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), has once again awarded El Nido Resorts the “PATA Gold Award for Environmental Education Program” for 2015. PATA, being an international non-profit association, recognized 25 organizations and individuals for their excellence in raising the bar in the travel industry. El Nido Resorts’ Director of Sustainability, Ms. Marigs Laririt, proudly accepted the award at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) last September 8, 2015 in Bangalore, India.
