Marketplace by Rustan’s recently opened its newest branch in Connecticut, San Juan, bringing in carefully selected fresh goods, quality products from top international and local brands, and signature service to discerning shoppers in the area.
San Juan Vice Mayor Janella Ejercito Estrada joined Rustan Supercenters Inc. (RSCI) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Irwin Lee in leading the traditional bread breaking ceremony to celebrate the store opening.
Also in attendance were RSCI executives including Senior Vice President for Operations Stephane Pariente, Vice President for Merchandising Non-Food and Support Division Kerwin Legarde, Vice President for Merchandising Food Division Karen Rodas, and Vice President for Project and Properties Division Nercy Torilla, as well as partner from Northeast Square Pamela Sy.
This latest branch is the first Marketplace by Rustan’s in San Juan. Regarding their decision to open a store in the area, RSCI CEO Irwin Lee shared, “With the products that we carry and bring from all over the world, we believe that Marketplace by Rustan’s has a differentiated proposition that this community would benefit from—especially with the unique offerings we have.” He continued, “Other than all the excellent products, we also want shoppers in San Juan to experience our famous brand of service.”
Marketplace by Rustan’s San Juan also features the popular Sushi Bar, Deli and Gourmet-To-Go, in addition to carefully selected fresh produce, high quality meat, poultry and seafood, top international brands, and local favorites.
With more store openings lined up for the next couple of months, and renovations of existing branches to keep up with the brand consistently raising standards, Filipinos can expect a taste of the world much closer to home with Marketplace by Rustan’s.
