Power Mac Center Opens Biggest Apple Authorized Service Provider in the Philippines

Apple Premium Reseller Power Mac Center recently inaugurated its 8th Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) at the Annex of SM City North EDSA.  The newly opened AASP, which stands on 173.64 square meters, is the biggest AASP in the country to date and is fully equipped ready to accommodate more Apple repairs and provide better service offerings to its customers.
“More than just the space, our Service Center in North EDSA demonstrates our commitment to Apple users to provide full end-to-end customer satisfaction. After-sales service has become an integral part of our operations and expanding this to a provide service to a wider market in more areas is a key growth opportunity for us,” says Power Mac Center Marketing Director Joey Alvarez.

It seems apt for Power Mac Center to open its biggest AASP in the north considering the high demand for service repair in Quezon City and its neighbouring areas. Apple users in the North area will now have easier access to repair and maintenance services, with our Apple Certified Technicians fully equipped to offer fast, reliable and efficient repairs.
Over the years, Power Mac Center has cemented its foothold as the tech lifestyle retailer of choice through bold and innovative strategies that have strengthened its relationship to its stakeholders. Among them is fortifying its status as an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
The Apple Authorized Service Provider status is given by Apple to companies who are able to offer service to their consumers, as well as business, education and government customers. AASP’s also only use Apple Certified Technicians to ensure that the quality of service an Apple user gets is consistent. Apart from having the biggest AASP, Power Mac Center also has the most number of AASPs in its network servicing its customers throughout Metro Manila, Cebu and in Davao.
“The demand for Apple products, as well as the services that come with them, is increasing every year.  We don’t just want to keep up with them, we want to exceed them and we want to be where we are needed.  Being at the forefront of what tech consumers need has always been the driving force behind Power Mac Center,” adds Alvarez.
Power Mac Center celebrates this year its 21st anniversary through a series of lifestyle events anchored on the arts, music and fashion.  It’s still expanding network consists of 25 retail stores, 8 Apple Authorized Service Providers and 2 Apple Authorized Training Centers.
