P&G Philippines Recognized as one of Philippines' 2023 Top 100 Employers for Fresh Graduates

P&G Philippines was recognized as one of the Philippines' 2023 Top 100 Employers for Fresh Graduattes by Prosple, a careers and education technology company used by leading organizations and universities to connect students with employment and education opportunities.

Prosple Philippines has refined its methodology to mirror both an employers' popularity and their quality. The methodology combines data from applications, page views, and graduate reviews to determine a comprehensive and objective ranking of graduate preferences. Using this advanced ranking methodology, Prosple ranks the Philippines' Top 100 Employers list.

This is the first time P&G has been included in Prosple's Top 100 Employers for Fresh Graduates. According to Criteria Corp, fresh graduates are on the lookout for companies that provide career growth opportunities, work-life balance, flexible work environments, healthy work cultures, and robust benefit packages, when looking for an employer. Essilor and GMA Kapuso Foundation provide 500 prescription glasses

In its commitment to provide better visual health for all, Essilor, the world leader for ophthalmic optics, reached out to Filipinos in need of vision correction at the annual Kapuso 20-20 Eye Project.
