Jollibee partners with Globe Business to expand its express delivery service

Globe customers can now call Jollibee Delivery for free via #8-7000

Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC), the largest fast food chain in the Philippines, recently signed with Globe Business, the enterprise and information and communications technology (ICT) arm of Globe Telecom, to centralize its express delivery service to one convenient number: #8-7000.

Over 59 million Globe customers will now be able to call #8-7000 for free with the use of their mobile device. Not only that, Jollibee’s delivery number also ensures easier access and greater reach for areas that have a growing demand for delivery services.

“With this new partnership with Globe Business, we will be able to bring the convenience of one nationwide delivery hotline to more customers. Globe Business is an excellent partner for us since they have a high level of expertise in ICT. Add to this a solid business background and reputation, and being an industry leader makes it a no-brainer partnership for Jollibee,” said Jollibee Vice President for National Business Channels Manjie Yap as he shares the brand’s thrust in choosing Globe Business as its service provider. “We are highly confident with their infrastructure, back-end and client support capabilities – so we’re sure that we have a reliable partner to bring this service to our customers. “

“Nowadays more and more technological innovations are coming out, and of course we are looking forward to maximize this so our customers can benefit more. The ‘Hashtag’ project is just a start of the many innovations we foresee to improve our service,” adds Yap.

“We are honored and privileged to be Jollibee’s partner in their pursuit to elevate their service delivery and in adapting a customer-centric focus in their operations,” said Globe Business Senior Vice President Peter Maquera. “We aim to continuously improve and look for new solutions that help address business pain points and drive further collaboration with our customers.”

On top of the partnership with Jollibee, Globe Business also partnered with the country’s top fast food chains that belong to the JFC group of companies. Globe Business will soon bring Burger King’s #22222, Greenwich’s #55555, Mang Inasal’s #71111, and Chowking’s #98888.

As Jollibee’s trusted business partner, Globe Business redefines how businesses work— which go beyond functions, numbers, and performance. We help turn businesses passion and purpose into reality through the right technology, infrastructure, and know-how to transform people’s lives.
