Seafood Salpicado comes with Prawns, Blue Marlin and Squid Sauteed in Garlic and Olive Oil; Lobster and Blackened Fish Fillet is served with Mango Chutney; and Laman Dagat is Sinigang na Ulo ng Salmon, Baby Prawns and Clams. 
 
 
There are other Lenten choices from the menu such as Grilled Prawns, Grilled Salmon, Prawns Thermidor, Chilean Sea Bass, Bacalao ala Vizcaina and Paella Marinera.
