John Travolta is Involved in Some Criminal Activities

Four friends who owe a mobster a lot of money are sent on a suicide mission to repay the debt in the trailer for thriller Criminal Activities.

A sure investment that was supposed to make four friends millionaires goes south, along with all their money. The problem is one of them borrowed his part of the investment from a mobster, so now they must all band together to get him out of trouble. The new deal is to kidnap the son of the boss of a very dangerous criminal syndicate, hold him for 24 hours and the debt is erased. Easier said than done, obviously things go from bad to worse and the four find themselves with giant targets on their backs.

Jackie Earle Haley (Rorschach in Watchmen) makes his feature directorial debut with this crime drama written by Robert Lowell (also feature debut). Starring in Criminal Activities are John Travolta, Jackie Earle Haley, Dan Stevens and Michael Pitt (Boardwalk Empire).

“Criminal Activities” is being distributed in the Philippines by OctoArts Films International and will have its theatrical release on January 20, 2016.
